Pupin Telecom AD Stock

Pupin Telecom ad is a Serbia-based company engaged in the production of electronic equipment, especially telecommunication appliances. Its products portfolio includes public digital telephone exchangers; digital and analog systems for transmission, equipment for radio transmission, systems for data transmission and switching; cable distribution systems; telephones and public telephone boxes, and other equipment used in the telecommunication sector. The Company also provides development and design of devices, systems and applications, system integration, training for equipment and systems, as well as project design and construction of communication systems and networks. As of December 31, 2011, the Company wholly owned five subsidiaries, including Pupin Telecom Datacom doo, Pupin Telecom Dipotel doo, Pupin Telecom DKTS doo and Pupin Telecom Inzenjering doo, which is in liquidation. It also possessed a 44% stake in Alcatel-Lucent Pupin Srbija doo.
