Puertos y Logistica SA is a Chile-based port operator. The Company operates three segments: Holding formed by Ports y Logistica S.A., developing the port businesses; Operation Lirquen, including Puerto Lirquen S.A., Portuaria Lirquen S.A., Desarrollos Inmobiliarios Lirquen S.A. and Deposito Portuarios Lirqun S.A. that develops the port activities in the port of Lirquen located in the Biobio region and Operation San Antonio that through Puerto Central S.A. and Muellaje Central S.A. develops port activities at the Costanera Espigon docking front in the port of San Antonio, in the Valparaiso region.
