Polar Wireless Corp., formerly Barricode, Inc., is a development-stage company organized to enter into the computer security software industry specializing in the packaging, sales, distribution and support of open-source network security software. Polar Wireless Corp. focuses on providing three network security products: ChainMail, ChainMail Pro and Impasse. ChainMail is a freeware document protection (encryption) application. ChainMail allows user to encrypt outgoing e-mail messages and decrypt incoming messages. ChainMail Pro is a retail version of ChainMail. Impasse is a network intrusion detection application, which monitors networks and detects activity that indicates the presence of an intruder on the network. During the fiscal year ended April 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company had not generated any revenues. In June 2011, the Company acquired 2230354 Ontario Inc.
