The Company is engaged in acquiring exploration and development of natural resource properties. The Company has not commenced business operations. The Company has interests in Clisbako claims and Eureka claims. The Company has 100% interest in a group of ten mineral claims, collectively known as the Clisbako claims, which are located in the Cariboo Mining Division of British Columbia, Canada. The Company also has 100% interest in a series of mineral claims referred to as the CPG Project, Fish Claims and The Golden Snow Property, collectively known as the Eureka claims, which are situated in the Eureka County, Esmeralda County and Mineral County, Nevada.
