Patriot Gold Corp. is a natural resource exploration and mining company, which acquires, explores, and develops natural resource properties. The Company's primary focus in the natural resource sector is gold. Its property holdings consist of Vernal Property, the Windy Peak Property, a royalty with respect to the Moss Mine Project, and a royalty with respect to the Bruner Gold Project. The Vernal Property is located approximately 140 miles east-southeast of Reno, Nevada, on the west side of the Shoshone Mountains. It holds the property through approximately 12 unpatented mining claims over 248 acres. The Moss Mine Property is located in the Oatman Mining District of Mohave County Arizona. The Windy Peak Property consists of over 114 unpatented mineral claims covering 2,337 acres. The Company holds a royalty of 2% of Net Smelter Returns with respect to the Bruner Gold Project that consists of 26 patented mining claims.
