Oil Terminal SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the operation of a port terminal for import and export of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemical products. The Company provides various services related to liquid cargo handling, such as reception, loading, unloading, storage and conditioning of crude oil, petroleum, petrochemical and liquid chemical products. The Company is also involved in testing and technical analyzing services for cargo, as well as in maintenance and repair operations of equipment and facilities. The Company operates an oil terminal and three storage units in the Constanta Port, which is located on the western coast of the Black Sea. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s facilities had a total storage capacity of approximately 1.7 million cubic meters. The main shareholder of the Company is the Romanian Ministry of Energy, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Business Environment.
