From February 4, 2019 to February 5, 2019, the company has repurchased 200,000 shares, representing 1.51% for ¥226 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 200,000 shares, representing 1.51% for ¥226 million under the buyback announced on February 4, 2019.
OCHI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in the building material business, life business and processing business. The Company has three business segments. The Building Material segment sells housing related materials purchased from domestic building materials manufacturers, agents and trading companies to domestic building materials and lumber dealers, house manufacturers, general contractors, construction companies and home centers. The Life segment is involved in the purchase and sale of household goods such as heating equipment and others to supermarkets, home centers and drug stores in Hokkaido, Tohoku and Kanto areas. The Processing segment is engaged in the purchase of building materials, as well as the processing, assembly and sale of precursor structures mainly for wooden houses.
