Ochi Holdings Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the first half and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. For the first half, the company excepted Net sales of JPY 57,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 1,400 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 1,030 million, Basic earnings per share of JPY 80.09.
For the year, the company excepted Net sales of JPY 115,500 million, Operating profit of JPY 2,700 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 2,000 million, Basic earnings per share of JPY 155.51.
OCHI HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in the building material business, life business and processing business. The Company has three business segments. The Building Material segment sells housing related materials purchased from domestic building materials manufacturers, agents and trading companies to domestic building materials and lumber dealers, house manufacturers, general contractors, construction companies and home centers. The Life segment is involved in the purchase and sale of household goods such as heating equipment and others to supermarkets, home centers and drug stores in Hokkaido, Tohoku and Kanto areas. The Processing segment is engaged in the purchase of building materials, as well as the processing, assembly and sale of precursor structures mainly for wooden houses.
