Its asset manager is Nomura Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. On March 21 and June 27, 2013, it sold two properties, respectively. On September 3, 2013, it completed the acquisition of seven real estates. On September 20, 2013, it sold a Tokyo-based property. On November 22, 2013, it acquired a property. On November 27, 2013, it announced the disposal of a Chiba-based property.
