newAX, Inc. is a distributor of interconnect products and services. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is AVest, Inc. As of March 31, 2008, the Company had not generated any revenues. On September 2, 2008, it acquired certain assets of RAD Electronics, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical parts and systems.
