It is focused on acquiring, developing, and strategically positioning mineral assets, as well as investing in private and public companies. It maintains a significant equity position in Mammoth Minerals Limited, holds an interest in the York Harbour copper-zinc project, and owns the high-grade Bottom Brook rare earth property. It also owns LYNXSTRIKE Gold Project, a 5,300-hectare land package, and Green Lightning Lithium Project, a 7,207-hectare land package. The York Harbour copper-zinc project is located approximately 27 kilometers (km) west of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Canada. The Company's Bottom Brook Property, a rare earth elements (REE) project, is located in Western Newfoundland. The Green Lightning Lithium Project is located along the Frotet Evans Greenstone Belt, the same greenstone belt that hosts the Sirmac and Moblan lithium deposits.
