MVP Holdings Corp is a financial service company. The Company's main business consists of two sectors: Electronic brokerage and financial services, and Developing and selling currency trading software and codes. On September 10, 2010, MVP Partners, Inc (MVP Partners) became the Company's wholly owned subsidiary. On August 1, 2010, MVP Financial, LLC (MVP Financial) became the wholly owned subsidiary of MVP Partners. On July 15, 2010, the Company entered into a purchase and sale of assets agreement with Critical Mass Enterprises, LLC (Currensys), under which it purchased the currency trading software and programs developed and owned by Currensys (Currensys Assets). Upon its purchase of Currensys Asset, the Company began to engage in the business of developing and selling currency trading system software based on the acquired Currensys Assets. Effective January 21, 2014, Olie Inc acquired MVP Holdings Inc.
