MPHB Capital Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The Company's principal activities consist of investment holding; provision of credit and leasing, hire purchase and general loan financing services; operation of hotels, and property management, property holding and property investment. Its segments include Credit, Investment and Hospitality. Credit segment is engaged in the provision of credit and related services. Investment segment includes ownership of lands and buildings for rental income. Hospitality segment operates hotels. The Company manages two hotels: Flamingo by the Beach (Penang) and Flamingo by the Lake (Kuala Lumpur). Hotel Flamingo by the beach is a 280-room, four-star hotel, which is located in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. Hotel Flamingo by the lake is a 230-room, three-star hotel that is located in Ampang, Selangor. Its subsidiaries include West-Jaya Sdn. Bhd. and Leisure Dotcom Sdn. Bhd.
