M8 Sustainable Limited is an Australia-based company, which owns and/or operates various recycling and disposal sites. The principal activities of the Company were the receiving and recycling of metals, commercial & industrial (C&I) and construction & demolition (C&D) waste and the establishment of a skip bin business at its Maddington Waste Facility. The Company has three segments: waste management and recycling, operations and maintenance (O&M), and landfill operations. The waste management and recycling segment involves resource recovery from C&D waste and C&I waste. C&D waste includes waste from demolition and civil construction activities, including roads and buildings. C&I waste includes waste from industries, such as manufacturing and retail as well as wholesale businesses. The O&M segment primarily involves providing technical, business and other ancillary support to companies in the waste industry.
