Kriton Artos S.A., a member of Ependytiki Kritis S.A. Group, is a Greece-based company that is primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of Cretan traditional rusks. The Company's product portfolio includes four product ranges: snacks and small rusks, offered in various flavors, such as olive oil, black olives, sugar and sesame; biscuits and bread sticks, including such flavors as sesame, cinnamon with brown sugar, sunflower seeds, and almond with honey; classic Cretan rusks, as well as sauces, including a tomato sauce with feta, and mizithra cheeses and olive oil. Its production facilities are located in the Industrial Area of Heraklion and have a total coverage of 4,500 square meters with a total daily production capacity of 28,000 kilos of end products. The Company distributes its products in the whole territory of Greece, in chain supermarkets, such as Carrefour, Lidl, and Atlantic, and exports its products to such countries as the United States, Germany and Australia.
