Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced resignation of Mr. Gerard Joseph B. Alava as Director and Managing Director and election of his replacement, Engr. Jason C. Valderrama. Appointment of Mr. Jhay S. Caliwag as Assistant Corporate Information Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer. Engr. Jason C. Valderrama has over 13 years of experience in project and construction management, business development, project development, general management, leasing, facilities and property management. He was a director and head of project management at Colliers International Philippines, Inc. He also founded JCV & Associates Project Management and Development. Inc. in 2015. Mr. Jhay S. Caliwag was a senior audit associate at Reyes Tacandong & Co.
