Kepwealth Property Phils., Inc. announced audited earnings results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the quarter, the company announced gross revenue of PHP 14,601,670 compared to PHP 25,087,854 a year ago. Net Income/(Loss) Attributable to Parent Equity Holder was PHP 1,175,002 compared to PHP 10,733,786 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.1 compared to PHP 0.05 a year ago.
