Istra dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of goods. It sells textiles, clothes, kitchen appliances, furniture, perfumes, toys, paper products, plumbing fixtures, carpets, tiles and other products. It distributes such brands as Lesnina, Gorenje, Grand Soleil, Ginkana, Brevi, Oviese and others. The Company operates wholesale warehouses in industrial area of Pula, as well as a network of 21 retail stores. As of December 31, 2011, Istra dd had three wholly owned subsidiaries, including Puljanka-Inzenjering doo Pula, B-VODA doo Buzet, producing and selling mineral waters and non-alcoholic beverages; and Nekretnine Puljanka doo. As of December 31, 2011, Puljanka dd Pula held a 55.61% stake in the Company.
