The business operation in each of these two operating segments is the ownership and operation of marina facilities providing berthing and ancillary services for yachts and super-yachts. The Company seeks customers to berth their vessels at the facilities in the Grand Harbour Marina, and at IC Cesme Marina, and to serve existing customers by providing the required services to yacht owners and their crews. Grand Harbour Marina serves as a hub for nautical events in the Mediterranean, including the Rolex Middle Sea Race. It also offers services such as provisioning, concierge, and refit and maintenance services for shipyards. It has approximately 26 superyacht berths up to 135 metres and offers annual, seasonal and visitor berthing.
