The Company intend to primarily focus its search for prospects within the clean/renewable energy (energy transition) space. The Company also intend to identify and complete an initial business combination with a business that is actively engaged in creating and deploying technology, services, or other offerings that contribute to energy transition in the power generation, industrial, transportation, or other industries. The Company neither engages in any business operations nor generates any revenues.
