GLC Group Inc, formerly Good Life Company Inc, is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in real estate investment management and energy businesses for real estate investors. The Company operates through two segments. The Real Estate Investment Management segment comprises the Asset Management business, which handles the sale, design, construction, and brokerage of rental apartment sites for owners seeking asset formation and management, and the property management business, which provides rental brokerage and property management services. The Energy business segment primarily supplies propane gas to tenants residing in properties managed by the Company.
