FG Nexus Inc. is a holding company which operates as a merchant bank and real estate focused company. The Company operates through two segments, which include Merchant Banking and Real Estate. It also provides advisory services, facilitates capital formation and allocates capital to equity holdings. The Real Estate segment owns real estate in Quebec, Canada that is leased pursuant to a long-term triple net operating lease. The Company's merchant banking division has facilitated the launch of new companies, including FG Communities, Inc. (FG Communities), is a self-managed real estate company focused on a portfolio of manufactured housing communities that are owned and operated by FG Communities, Craveworthy LLC (Craveworthy).
