The Company operates through five business segments. The Condominiums segment sells newly designed detached homes and condominiums. The Housing Distribution segment sells used homes and acts as real estate brokers. The Effective Land Utilization segment receives orders to construct condominiums, apartments, detached houses for leasing purpose, and sells rental apartment for individual investors. The Leasing and Management segment owns rental properties and is also engaged in the leasing business. The Company is also engaged in real estate management business associated with real estate sales and construction contracts. The Custom Housing segment undertakes construction contracts for detached custom-built homes.
