The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of units with quarterly distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of convertible debentures of Canadian, the United States and global issuers. The Fund seeks to provide a risk-adjusted way to invest in Canadian, the United States and global markets, through a combination of current income, security of principal and the opportunity for capital appreciation.
