In addition to this the Company operates a hotel Belweder located in Ustron, Poland, and provides accommodation and gastronomy services. The Company is a parent entity of a capital group, consisting of over 20 subsidiaries, engaged mainly in pharmaceutical products distribution. On October 24, 2013, the Company established new subsidiary, Farmacol Finanse Sp z o o Wroclaw SKA. On March 10, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Lavinia XL Sp z o o and Lavinia Trust Sp z o o.
