Export and Industry Bank, Inc. (Exportbank) is engaged in the business of commercial banking and of trusts and funds management. It exercises all the powers of a commercial bank, trust company and corporation in general, as provided for under the General Banking Act. Exportbank has established branch offices in cities in Metro Manila, as well as in selected provinces nationwide. As of December 31, 2010, it had 50 branches in operation and 44 on-site automated teller machines located nationwide. Its clientele consists of individuals, prime corporate accounts, exporters, small and medium enterprises and individual/retail accounts. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, among which were EIB Savings Bank, Inc. (EIB Savings), EIB Securities, Inc. (ESI), ValueGen Financial Insurance Company, Inc. (ValueGen) and Value Finance, Inc. (VFI).
