Etruscus Resources Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of precious metal mineral properties. The Company’s flagship asset is the 100%-owned Rock & Roll property. The Rock & Roll property consists of 58 contiguous mineral claims totaling 29,344 hectares (Ha) situated in the Liard Mining Division of British Columbia, in the Iskut River Valley of the Coast Mountains in northwestern British Columbia. The property contains multiple mineralized targets including copper-gold-moly porphyry, rare earth elements (REE), volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) and shear vein gold. The Rock and Roll property also contains the Black Dog Deposit, a VMS containing a NI 43-101 compliant Inferred Resource totaling 2,015,000 tons grading 2.63 g/t gold equivalent.
