Enerhomashspetsstal? PAT is a Ukraine-based steel foundry engaged in the manufacture of special purpose forgings used in different industries. The plant specializes in the manufacture of special cast and forged with final machining for power generating industry, such as rotors for wind power stations, steam turbine shafts, generator shafts, rollers; for metallurgical industry, such as metal forms, hot-rolled mill products, work rolls, back up rolls; for general machine building, such as propeller shafts, intermediate shafts, crane wheels, forged shells and bars, flat bars, and for shipbuilding industry, such as various types of cylinders, crossheads, among others. The Company is comprised of four divisions: steel making facilities, forging and heat treatment facilities, machining facilities, as well as quality assurance system. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was EMSS Holdings Limited with a stake of 92.67%.
