Community Savings Bancorp, Inc., is a holding company for Community Savings (the Bank). Community Savings is a federal mutual savings association. The Bank's business consists primarily of taking deposits from the general public and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, in one- to four-family residential real estate, consumer and home equity loans, commercial real estate and consumer and other loans. The residential mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit are secured by one-to four-family residences and are comprised of owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied loans.
