Centennial Asset Participacoes Minas Rio SA is a Brazil-based holding company primarily involved in the marine port operation. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held a 21.86% stake in LLX Minas-Rio Logistica Comercial Exportadora SA, a company involved in the processing, handling, storage and pelletizing of iron ore, as well as in the port facilities operation and provision of port services. As of February 9, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Anglo American Investimentos - Minerio de Ferro Ltda, which owned a 99.99% stake in the Company.
