The Company’s Columbus Lithium-Boron Project is an approximately 24,000-acre property package with demonstrated potential for a major lithium-boron bearing discovery in the heart of Nevada’s lithium belt. It also has an additional 2,224 acres within the central part of the Columbus Lithium-Boron Project. Its Railroad Valley Lithium-Boron Project is located approximately 164 kilometers east-northeast of Tonopah, Nevada, and covers over 1,000 acres in Railroad Valley, Nye County, Nevada.
