The property comprises approximately 278 unpatented mining claims, 43 mining patents and one mining license of occupation (MLO), covering a total area of 6,366.4 hectares (ha), distributed over three contiguous blocks named Miminiska Lake, Wottam Lake, and Frond Lake. The Property is located within Eabametoong First Nation (EFN) territory. The Company's Newton Gold Property is located approximately 100 km southwest of the city of Timmins and 36 km south of the town of Foleyet, Ontario. The Property comprises two fee simple patented claims that cover an area of approximately 7,029 ha.
