Aux Resources Corp, formerly, Auramex Resource Corp, is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring interests in gold and silver mineral properties with exploration potential. The Company's operated projects are Georgie River project, American Creek Project, Bear Pass Project, Lower Bear Project and Tide North Project. The Georgia River Project is located on the eastern shore of the Portland Canal, a 115 kilometer (Km) long fjord connecting the deep-water port of Stewart to the Pacific Ocean. The Lower Bear Project extends from the Stewart town limit to 12 km up the Bear Valley, within 3 km of the Premier Mine. The Bear Pass project area encloses multiple intrusion-related gold and silver targets that extend along the upper Bear Valley and over the Bear Pass. The Tide North Project consists of the Tide North Property, located 3.5 km north of the Tide airstrip on the Granduc Mine road.
