The Company’s projects include The Astaka @ One Bukit Senyum, Aliva @ Mount Austin, Arden @ One Bukit Senyum, and Bukit Pelali @ Pengerang. The One Bukit Senyum, a mixed development township, is located in Johor Bahru City Center, approximately 6.2 million square feet of new buildings, which include residential towers, a hotel, residences, serviced apartments, an entertainment hub, and an office tower. The Bukit Pelali @ Pengerang project is an approximately 363-acre township, which includes residential units, shop offices, a clubhouse, hotel, private hospital, mart, school, mosque, food and beverage hub, and petrol station. The Aliva is a freehold land and service residence with approximately 499 units. The Arden is built on freehold land and designed as a service residence.
