Aspen Real Estate Company is engaged in high yield income producing real estate in Israel and abroad, with properties in Israel designated primarily for rental by industry and logistics companies. Aspen Properties (1990) owns commercial properties, malls and office buildings. On June 5, 2012, the Company's subsidiary completed the acquisition of a solar park in southern Italy. The solar park converts energy generated by the sun at a 1 mega-watt output.
