CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is a Singapore-based business space and industrial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns properties across three key segments: Business Space and Life Sciences, Logistics, and Industrial and Data Centres in the developed markets of Singapore, Australia, the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom/Europe. The Company's Business Spaces and Life Sciences segment includes business space for regional corporate headquarters (HQ), backroom support offices, research and development (R&D) facilities and life science spaces with lab-ready specifications.
