AIM Energy Inc., formerly AIM Exploration Inc., is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties with the intent to take properties into production. The Company operates as a mining company focusing towards Anthracite production in Peru and around the world marketing through a joint venture corporation with Prina Energy of India. The Anthracite Coal concessions are owned and/or controlled through its subsidiary, Aim Exploration SA. As of August 31, 2016, the Company's Peruvian Property consisted of three separate mining concessions. Its concessions include El Tunel Del Tiempo 1 code 11060780, El Tunel Del Tiempo 2 code 11060781 and Agujeros Negros MA-AG. These concessions are located in the Province of Otuzco, La Libertad region. As of August 31, 2016, the Company's property consisted of 1,000 hectares.
