FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX Broker) - Eon shares suffered on Thursday from a downgrade by Societe Generale. They were also trading in the red after adjusting for the dividend discount, while the Dax rose. The shares were 5.3 percent or 0.62 euros lower at 11.29 euros. Of this, 0.51 euros was attributable to the dividend payment.

The major French bank had downgraded the stock from "buy" to "hold" for the first time since the start of the valuation in November 2022, justifying this with the above-average share price performance since the beginning of the year. Since then, the shares had risen by almost 28 percent./bek/mis
