Investment objective

The SPDRBloomberg Barclays Long Term Corporate Bond ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays Long U.S. Corporate index. The Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Long Term Corporate Bond Index is designed to measure the performance of U.S. corporate bonds that have a maturity of greater than or equal to 10 years. The Index is a component of the Bloomberg Barclays U.S. Corporate Index and includes investment grade, fixed-rate, taxable, U.S. dollar-denominated debt with $250 million or more par amount outstanding, issued by U.S. and non-U.S. industrial, utility, and financial institutions. The Index is rebalanced monthly, on the last day business day of the month.
