COMMUNIQUÉ

The Board of Directors of Sun Limited (the "Company" or "SUN") wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that Mr. Francois Eynaud, Chief Executive Officer of SUN, will retire from his executive functions with effect from 30 September 2026.

Since his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in September 2019, Mr. Francois Eynaud has provided exemplary leadership to the Company, steering it through a particularly challenging period marked by the Covid-19 pandemic while strengthening its strategic positioning and placing the business on solid foundations for continued growth.

Following his retirement from his executive role, Mr. Francois Eynaud will remain on the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director and continue to provide his experience and strategic insight in an advisory capacity.

The Board has approved the appointment of Mrs. Joelle Edwards-Tonks as the Company's Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 October 2026. Mrs. Edwards-Tonks currently serves as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer of SUN.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Eynaud for his dedicated service and leadership as Chief Executive Officer since September 2019 and looks forward to his continued contribution at Board level.

The Board also extends its best wishes to Mrs. Edwards-Tonks in her new role as SUN's Chief Executive Officer.
