At the Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders? Meeting held on 23 April 2026, the Board of FDJ United approved the appointment, upon proposal by the French State, of Mr. François Marion as director for a period of four years, replacing Mr. Didier Trutt whose term of office had expired.
