She began her equity research career at Thomas Weisel Partners (now Stifel Nicolaus), where she was a research associate covering specialty pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics companies.
After TWP, she was a Vice President at ICR and a Senior Vice President at Capital Markets Consulting Group, where she worked directly with management teams of specialty pharmaceutical companies.
She holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley and spent two years as a Ph.D.
student in Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley.
