William P.
Bensten has served as Senior Vice President since November 2004 and as Vice President--Business Development from December 2003 to November 2004, after serving as Vice President--Land Acquisition from 1995 to 2003.
During 1997 and 1998 Mr. Bensten served as division manager of our Raleigh, North Carolina division and was responsible for opening the division.
Mr. Bensten has over 30 years of experience in the home building industry, including serving in various positions with Centex Homes, a national home builder, and Charter Communities.
