Mr. Punk served as a Managing Director, responsible for managing sales/trading operations, at Needham & Co., Inc. which he joined in 1988.
From 1984-1988, Mr. Punk was a General Partner of Robertson, Colman, Stephens where he managed the firm's New York institutional business.
From 1976 to 1984, Mr. Punk was a Limited Partner at Wertheim Schroder where he served in various capacities within sales/trading.
