Virginia Graham

Virginia Graham is vice president of people at Bessemer in the New York City office.
She leads the company’s internal people development programs.
Prior to Bessemer, Virginia spent thirteen years at Bain & Company doing management consulting and people operations work.
She has also held positions at Cornerstone Research, Roundabout Theater Company, and Arena Stage.
She earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. from Columbia University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
Outside of work, Virginia is a musical theater enthusiast, photographer, baker, and mom.
