Prior to joining BrainStorm Ventures, Mr. Haley was an associate for two years with the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York and an associate for three years with White & Case.
At both law firms, Mr. Haley engaged in the practice of corporate law, concentrating on international project finance and aircraft leasing.
Mr. Haley earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law as well as a Masters in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1992.
He also received a Masters degree in European Union Law from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium in 1993.
Mr. Haley graduated with a BA in Government from The College of William & Mary in 1988.
