Mr. Rao received his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Business School and his undergraduate degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.
Prior to joining Delaware in 2000, he served as head of emerging markets research and trading at Conseco Capital Management.
Previous to his role in emerging markets, he was the head of all energy and basic industry research.
