Tristan Craddock

I am passionate about getting to know new businesses, developing relationships with management teams and partnering with them to ensure they have the resources and support needed to deliver real value creation, sustainable growth and a positive social or environmental impact.
As a partner in our Impact fund, I am focussed on finding new investment opportunities in growing, scalable businesses and then supporting their management teams in refining strategy, optimising operations, accelerating progress, developing their impact and building towards a successful exit.
I joined Palatine’s Impact fund in 2020 having previously spent 12 years in private equity investing across sectors at Rutland Partners where I was a partner.
I also spent five years at EY where I qualified and worked in the M&A and Performance Improvement teams.
Outside of work you will find me anywhere outdoors and trying to be active, mainly on a bike or running and increasingly coaching my three boys’ teams from a touchline.
