Tomasz Karpinski

Tomek Karpinski is Investment Director at Waterland in Warsaw, Poland.
Prior to joining Waterland, he worked as Associate at EQT, covering investment opportunities across CEE.
Before that he worked as Associate for the Carlyle Group in Warsaw and as Analyst and Associate for Goldman Sachs in London.
He started his career as Analyst at Citigroup in London.
During his studies he worked as an intern at Credit Suisse First Boston in Warsaw and at Citigroup in London.
Tomek holds a Master’s Degree in Banking & Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management.
Tomek also took part in en exchange programme at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Heidelberg University.
