Tim J. Eichenlaub

Mr. Tim J.
Eichenlaub is a Managing Director at Bayside Capital, Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including origination, structuring, execution, and post closing management.
Mr. Eichenlaub has over 25 years in corporate finance and lending with experience in originations, risk underwriting, portfolio management, loan workouts, capital markets, and equity investing.
Prior to joining Bayside, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Tygris Commercial Finance, a private equity backed start-up commercial finance business that was sold to EverBank Financial in 2010.
Before Tygris, he was Senior Managing Director and Group Head for the CIT Group responsible for Sponsor Finance and CIT's equity investment program.
Mr. Eichenlaub spent nine years with Heller Financial, lastly as Executive Vice President and Head of Capital Markets.
Following the acquisition of Heller by GE, he was a Managing Director with GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group.
He started his career with Mellon Bank.
Mr. Eichenlaub received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College and a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
